Approved School #270 Attendance & Cancellation Standards
1. Attendance & Commission Requirements
Per Iowa Real Estate Commission (IREC) regulations, students must attend 100% of required class hours to receive a Certificate of Completion. For live Zoom sessions, video cameras must remain on and attentive during the entire instructional block.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the start of a live course are eligible for a full refund or transfer to a future schedule. Online self-paced courses are non-refundable once access is issued.
